ADMISSION PROCESS
Making a decision to pursue a placement in long-term care can be a difficult process. Be assured that there are people along the way prepared to assist you. We encourage TOURS, and answer the questions that are on your mind, making an appointment is suggested but we will do our best to accommodate a "Drop-In" visit as well.
Admissions are directed by the Community Care Access Centre @ 905-639-5228. In turn, they will put you in contact with a Placement Coordinator or another staff member who will help you through the various steps.
Our rooms consist of 2 choices: 2 beds or 1 bed room.
Bed Occupancy Types:
2 Bed Basic - 26 Rooms
Semi Private - 8 rooms
Private - 30 Rooms
Our Fees are similar to all Long Term Care Homes in Ontario and determined by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.
